Rockstar Games heeft aangekondigd dat de releasedatum voor de GTA IV DLC voor de PS3 en PC 13 april is.

Grand Thef Auto: The Ballad of Gay Tony is het tweede uitbreidingspakket voor Grand Theft Auto IV. Het zal gaan over de Dominicaanse gangster Luis Fernando Lopez, de bodyguard en full-time assistent van Anthony Prince, ofwel Gay Tony. De speler zal merken dat het niet altijd duidelijk is wie oprecht is en wie oneerlijk is in dit nieuwe verhaal, wat tevens weer kruist met dat van Grand Theft Auto IV en The Lost and Damned. The Ballad of Gay Tony is verkrijgbaar op Xbox Live en Games for Windows - LIVE en komt 13 april uit op het PlayStation Network. Samen met The Lost and Damned staat The Ballad of Gay Tony ook op een disc genaamd Grand Theft Auto: Episodes From Liberty City.
