For real datasets, Alzheimer’s Disease Neuroimaging Initiative (ADNI) is obtained through adni.loni.usc.edu, and ASCVD is obtained using the single nucleotide polymorphisms and metabolomics data from the Emory/Georgia Tech Predictive Health Institute.
