- Moved the testing of possible_c_commands inside the test_valid_c_commands (rather than parameterizing it)
- `Coder` class is responsible for translating C command fields - Cannot be instantiated. `RuntimeError` is raised on calling __init__ - Raises `InvalidMnemonicError` when given an invalid mnenmonic - The given mnemonic is case-insensitive
- SymbolTable holds the addressed of different symbols, used for A-Instructions and L-Instructions
