Revert back changes made for Removing VCenterPort from vSphere Cloud Provider #220
Description
Revert back this PR: kubernetes#42024
Observed that when custom Port is not specified, request is going to default port 443.
@dougm has confirmed that for non-default vCenter Ports, govmomi requires custom port to be passed explicitly. - vmware/govmomi#802
