relax compiler strictness when building a package

Fix compilation on clang15

Drop openssl 1.0, use api from 1.1

Fix work with the other libraries who check openssl error after usage of this one.

Link with -lresolv both on linux and darwin

Module rename so that it wouldn't conflict with installed pyecdsa.

Fixed build on some old compilers
