I think it's a good compromise between ease of configuration and configuration power, but it's your call. |
In addition to being able to enable nudist mode per-filetype, allow for a global option that enables it for all filetypes.
Avoid introducing yet another variable for configuration.

Add an option to enable nudist mode for all available filetypes, instead of defining one by one.
