What is the motivation?

Windows does not have Bash, it has PowerShell.

What does this change do?

Changes the language of syntax highlighting of a block in /README.md from bash to ps1 (PowerShell).

What is your testing strategy?

Does not make any changes to the codebase.

Is this related to any issues?

None. This is a duplicate of #1527, which I created before I renamed the branch.

Have you read the Contributing Guidelines?

Windows does not have Bash, it has PowerShell.
