They are constantly seeking new challenges to approach knowing that the experience earned through them is worth more than gold. He believes that keeping up to date with emerging technologies is a great way to see new perspectives and a way to invest in future success. He also appreciates analyzing an issue from multiple perspectives, testing different solutions, before settling and saying that one is better than another.

💪𝙎𝙩𝙧𝙚𝙣𝙜𝙩𝙝𝙨💻 Spencer pushes himself to constantly look forward and experiment with new and innovative technologies to arrive at creative solutions. He is a detail-oriented person, able to communicate complex ideas to both business and technical audiences. He is well versed in time management, constantly able to juggle multiple responsibilities and ongoing projects. He believes utilizing not only his own knowledge but the knowledge of other teammates to tackle issues will yield the best results and develop connections to continue to grow and move forward as a team. Spencer specializes in Git, C#, Python, JavaScript, DevOps, Docker, AWS, C++ as well as soft- and hard-communication skills. He constantly works to improve these skills and is always willing to try new things to advance.
