... AEAD ciphers simultaneously provide confidentiality, integrity, and authenticity. They have excellent performance and power efficiency on modern hardware. Users should use AEAD ciphers whenever possible.

I think it's better to change the example in README.md to use chacha20-ietf-poly1305 instead of aes-256-cfb. It may help lots of people improve their connections' security.
