Initial release; gives you a basic cheat GUI with a bunch of random convenient options.

Installation: see readme, but basically backup lua51.dll in your Noita dir, and then unzip this on top-- it should replace the lua51.dll with its own, and also create the directory data/hax. All the modified dll does is run the script data/hax/hax.lua at the end of the game's director_init.lua.
