pretalx can send a notification about new proposals to organisers. The format, content and target address of these emails can't currently be changed. It would be good to add at least two more settings to these emails:

  • the target address (keep defaulting to the organiser address, but make it possible to enter a separate address)
  • the information level (full, title and speakers, title-only) (A welcome opportunity to add a {full_proposal_data} placeholder and to use it in the ack email aswell)

Or we could add an actual template, once maintaining email templates is less terrible as per the updates suggested in #1424
