A version of the course authors documentation about proctored exams. I reorganized the docs to provide separate information about using RPNow or Proctortrack.

IMPORTANT NOTE: the pt_results.rst file is WRONG. It's just a copy and paste of the RPNow doc. I wasn't able to get access to see how it looks with Proctortrack, so this page must be edited to include the correct information before it can be published.

This should be finalized and published when Proctortrack is made generally available to course teams.

"Learners must be in an eligible program and enrollment track and have passed edX identity verification requirements to take a proctored exam and earn academic course credit. Requirements may vary by program - please contact support if you have questions."
