Documentation

• Added new section for Contamination Screening and added additional details on Foreign Contamination Screening (FCS) and Average Nucleotide Identity (ANI) screens.

• Updated the Glossary entry for Reference genomes and removed section on Representative genomes.

Command-line tools

• A new "U.S. State" field has been added to the virus data reports, enabling users to filter virus genome summary and download requests using the two-letter state code (e.g., NY). For additional details, please see the Virus Data Reports Documentation.
• For more information on the new CLI flags used for virus genome summary and download requests, please refer to the Command-Line Interface (CLI) Documentation .

Services

• Resolved an issue with the md5sum.txt file that was causing download failures.

Data packages

• MD5 checksum files are now available for most package downloads. This will allow you to verify the integrity of the downloaded files. Please note that documentation on how to use these checksums is currently in development and will be available shortly

Command-line tool

• Resolved an issue with the automatic retries feature in the command-line tool.
