Updated .gitignore for Visual Studio 2015 and 2019 to align with the current directory structure.
Removed *.user and *.suo. These files are recommended not to be included in source control systems according to https://stackoverflow.com/questions/72298/should-i-add-the-visual-studio-suo-and-user-files-to-source-control
