This is a maintenance release of our LaTeX Beamer Theme for Johannes Kepler University Linz.
Major changes since v3.0:
- Added LuaLaTeX support.
- Added compatibility with Pandoc. Thanks to @michaelk99 for reporting.
- Added package option "autopdfinfo" to automatically add PDF authoring metadata (derived from
\author
and\title
(enabled by default, you can disable this new behavior with option "noautopdfinfo").
Bug-fixes and improvements:
- Fix font and logo path discovery to allow package to be installed (to $TEXMF[LOCAL|HOME]). Thanks to @hpretl for this suggestion.
- Fix font usage for "alertblock" and "exampleblock" environments.
- Improved for math-mode font support.
- Hotfix for mathastext with XeLaTeX (fixes #12, which has been resolved in latest upstream version of mathastext).
- Improved documentation.
Obsoletions:
- The option "capsframetitle" is now obsolete (in favor of the "frametitlecaps" option, aligning documentation with actual implementation).

This is a major release of the LaTeX Beamer Theme for Johannes Kepler University Linz.
Major changes since v2.2:
- Added author contact information frame type (command \contactframe).
- Add option "nojkulogo" to remove JKU logos from presentation.
Bug-fixes and improvements:
- Prevent numbering of first frame (in title) if there is no actual frame-break while allowframebreaks is set.
- Properly inherit font size for \emph-like commands.
- Reduce font size for acknowledgements block.
- Make spelling of postal address consistent.
- Improve backwards compatibility.
- Add proper package versioning information (for easier debugging).
- Add more build artifacts to default gitignore.

This is a bug-fix release of the LaTeX Beamer Theme for Johannes Kepler University Linz.
Major changes:
- Bibliography changed from bibtex to biber+biblatex to achieve consistency with technical report template
Improvements:
- Bullet item style aligned to official style guide
- Fixed list item font size
- Improved style of footnotes
- Removed style-breaking defaults for title page elements from example presentation

This is a bug-fix release of the LaTeX Beamer Theme for Johannes Kepler University Linz.
Improvements:
- TeX entities (such as "--") are now properly typeset in light/black fonts (e.g. in headings)
- Improved "totalframenumber" and "appendixframenumber" package options (previously their behavior did not match the documentation)
- Fixed display of deprecation warnings
