New REST API:
POST /api/v1/accounts/:id/pinPOST /api/v1/accounts/:id/unpinendorsedOnly accounts you are already following can be endorsed. The endorsement is displayed on the endorser's public profile under the title "username's choices". This way, you can recommend interesting accounts, plug your friends, your team, etc.
