this PR modifies some infrastructure that prevents poorly formatted docs w/ broken links from making it in, so I'm going to close this to make sure that change doesn't go in. Feel free to resubmit without those changes! |

A loader for hwpx (OWPML), the most commonly used standard document extension in Korea, has been added. (KS X 6101)
