User can specify a size limit for emptyDir volume. Eviction manager will evict the pod if the usage of EmptyDIr volume exceeds the limit.

This is an API change and should probably follow the (nascent) API review process. @pwittrock -- you are writing up the process in kubernetes/community#419. Care to comment on what should happen for a change like this? |
