Sure. Sorry I should have done it. Setup any new Angular project as explained here https://angular.io/guide/setup-local#install-the-angular-cli # install the cli
npm install -g @angular/cli
# create a new project
ng new my-app
cd my-app
# launch the tests (a bunch of spec files should already be here)
ng testNB: while digging for this (small) problem, I realized that the angular-cli repo seems to hold a copy of the file, so maybe this bug is on their side https://github.com/angular/angular-cli/blob/master/packages/angular_devkit/build_angular/src/webpack/plugins/karma/karma-debug.html |

Hmm, I actually don't get this issue with the From the original PRs (#951, karma-runner/karma-ie-launcher#13) I don't see any particular reason why it should have no indentation, so I'll submit a PR to replace it everywhere. |

Previously %X_UA_COMPATIBLE% marker was only replaced if it was located at the start of the line. The limitation looks pretty arbitrary and caused the marker not to be replaced in the custom debug.html file used by Angular CLI as the marker was not located at the start of the line (probably because the file was re-formatted). This commit changes the behavior to replace the marker anywhere within the file, not just at the start of the line and thus fixes the problem for Angular CLI and potentially other people using custom files. Fixes karma-runner#3711
