If you are running locally, you'll need to define a few environment variables:

• GITHUB_TOKEN
• GITHUB_USERNAME
• PINBOARD_TOKEN

$ python main.py remove_dupes

$ python main.py fix_tags

$ python main.py fix_titlecase
