I don't think it is a common use case to create code coverage for the test code. If someone really needs this he can specify an a separate execution for the test code. |

I requested #94 and had some comment. (And #96 , #99 were already rejected.)
I re-implement a test code coverage reporting. It's disable by default.
Test code coverages are included if reportTestcode option in pom.xml is true.
