This PR adds a new importer
Import from Another Workspace, which allows the user to import collections between workspaces (hidden in the unauthenticated state). TheImport from Personal Collectionsaction has been removed in favour of the above. Also, the expand widget in theImport/Exportcollections/environments modal has been removed.Preview
