This is a major release, replacing the old .Rd documentation with roxygen2.

o Complete overhaul, using roxygen2 for documentation
o Expand README, now with better examples
o Added package vignette("uni-vs-multi")
o Document the formulas used in calculations in mvfluence-package.R
