Adds support to inline and block wrap nodes.
Clicking the "title" or using the Apply wrap toolbar item will open an attributes editor modal.
It also enhances the GlimmerNodeView so we can define where to {{yield}} the editable contentDOM – still experimental, this API is likely to change.
