Mostly looks like dependency updates and new translations. I think the only breaking change I see is dropping 2.4 support, so we will want to call that out in the release notes. @olbrich should we add that as a note to the release notes?

I don't think we should merge this until we have completed all the items in the 0.15 milestone or at least moved them to a future milestone if the appropriate branches aren't merged.

I don't see anything critical in the milestone - how do you feel about moving them to 0.16?
