Fixing 2 links that give 404s
To-do before merge
Nothing, these are just text changes. Note that the github link changed because of work done for dbt-core v1.0.0. The work just changed the folder name and therefore the link. Seems appropriate to update link before v1.0.0 releases to not have a broken link on the site.
