@mirnawong1 Instead of this being an FAQ, and now that we have a section for it, how about we put it in "Manage access" maybe under "User access and licenses? I think it might be more discoverable there!

Great shout @runleonarun ! I was thinking of that originally but then I saw Matt's faq on how to delete users, so then thought I'd repurpose the same faq to add and delete users.
I'll do that tomorrow because I agree it should be more discoverable!

per discussion with @Lana-hl, updated the 'delete users' faq to provide more clarification for users on how to add or remove cloud users. this is because support are seeing users constantly confused and unaware that they need to make changes to their dev user seat AND dev billable seat. i've also added the faq as a src in the about access and user license docs.
this is ux limitation and we hope the faq modification helps users and support more.
