Huge thanks to IFKZ for the updates to the test list for Kazakhstan. This is great work, thank you! <3
As part of the review process, I just updated one URL to HTTPS.

This pull request includes extensive test list updates to the Kazakhstan test list by IFKZ (with a focus on the NEWS, HUMR, POLR and ANON categories), as part of collaborative research on internet censorship in Kazakhstan.
This work builds upon an earlier PR created in collaboration with IFKZ, which added more URLs to ANON category of the test list: #1459
