I downloaded the ARGs-OAP version 2 pipeline on my Mac with OS Monterey. I followed the steps in this tutorial video: https://youtu.be/PCr1ctXvZPk while altering the file names in the functions so it can be appropriate to version 2.

However, I encountered a problem at timestamp 3:50. When I enter the code argoap_pipeline_stageone_version2 -i inputfqs/ -m meta-data.txt -o output -n 4, I get the following error:

Why does the error say 'No such file or directory' even when there are executable files in bin? Should I be using Linux instead of MacOS? Has anyone tried successfully running this in Mac?
