Various issues including missing files on dist and failure to compile using methods of compiling from source.

Am able to build from distribution and cross compile. Example of cross compiling for SheevaPlug..

./configure --host=arm-unknown-linux-gnueabi --with-libpcap=/home/software/3rdPartySrc/arm/libpcap-1.2.1-SheevaPlug ac_cv_have_bpf=no ac_cv_func_malloc_0_nonnull=yes\
