Overview

The objective of this milestone was to resolve the below issues and to establish a strong base that will allow new features to be implemented easily in the future. The Break package has also moved away from CoffeeScript and is now in JavaScript (ES6 standard).

Resolved Issues

• Os Notifications: (OS notifications on break start #15, Warning of incoming break #5) OS notifications are now implemented into break. They are optional so you can for example disable notifications for a break type (micro, macro).
• Multipal Windows: (Just work on one Atom window #7) Breaks are now synced across all Atom windows. This has been achieved by seperating the application logic into an external process. This external process is a small local server that Atom windows establish connections with using socket.io. The external process will automaticly end if no clients are connected.
• Resets On Change: (Cancel old break count and update to new break interval when changes #11, Weird behavior if you play with start/pause & settings #8) When a user makes changes to the package settings it will reset the break session across all windows.
• Optional Micro Breaks (Disable Break #12): Micro breaks can now be disabled.

Let me know what you guys think and if you have any concerns do let me know. I will still go through the code a few times to insure all is well before merging this pull request. I also don't have a Mac at my disposal so If someone has the free time it would be awesome if you could help test the redesign branch to see if the OS-notifications are in fact working.
