Fixed

• Fixed commit hash pointing to v1.0.0 of HazelnetConfig (external/hzlconfig)
  after the submodule repo has changed hashes. No code change.
• Readme improvements: clarify briefly what CBS is and add links to the
  Hazelnet Demo Platform.
