A model of how an epidemic spreads based on the interactions recorded, among humans. The system was assumed as a Markov process where the hidden variable is the state of the person, transition between the states was done by the interactions. These interactions will be detected by using RFID technology in smart phones.

Output: This will give you the probability of a person being affected by the ZIKA virus
