Description
Added cleanup optional parameter to keep more than one old version
scoop cleanup -n:2
scoop cleanup -keep 2
Deletes all old versions of , but keeps the current version and one older version
Motivation and Context
Closes #5382
How Has This Been Tested?
I tested the change manually on my local scoop installation
