Select2 fork with a few new features:

• Select / Deselect All button;
• Checkboxes in dropdown;
• Merging multiple tags into one after threshold;

New cofiguration options:

• maxRenderedTagCount: 5, after defined number tags will be merged into one;
• showSelectAll: true, if true Select All button will be showed;
