web_responsive released since some time now and stable. Also I tested backend_theme with web_responisive and it works fine and shows the side bar. plz merge.

Hello Team,
There is some bug in this theme in v12 as well as in v13 when click on any place on desktop then it return previous opened app and even in desktop on the top menu bar it show previous app menu items. how can i fix this?
Can we make it desktop as landing page just like enterpirse is it possible in community. Because there is some action problem.
