I noticed the Quickstart & Tutorial for using ABS w/ Truffle instructs users to use
truffle developwhen the recommended way for connecting to external nodes istruffle console. Also streamlined some of the docs where possible and recommend users set theirevmVersioncompiler to"byzantium".
