CI (Buildkite): README: remove the Buildkite CI badge for the scheduled coverage pipeline #42530

It's just too confusing to have the badge for the scheduled coverage pipeline.

So this PR removes the badge for the scheduled pipeline.

We will keep the badge for the main pipeline.

Normally, I would backport all CI PRs to 1.6 and 1.7.

However, if I recall correctly, for the README badges, I've already made PRs directly to the release-1.6 and release-1.7 branches. So I don't think this PR needs backporting.
