This PR adds ui fixes to polish playground, it does the following

1. fixes empty states both when no query is in the searchbox, and query is present but there is no result
2. fixes scroll behaviour and size of the searchbox, so everything fits in the viewport, and user doesn't have 2 levels of scrolls to access results
3. Labels for the counters are bolded for clarity and visual heirarchy
4. the terminal is aligned to the header's icon, and alignment works across all screen sizes
5. there are no visual size jumps when the result set changes, this is done by disabling no-wrap in syntax section of command cards.
