To secure contributions, developers need to use a well-know free license that is legally secured and backed by the Opensource Initiative.
Unfortunately the license you picked is a non-free one, see:
https://www.gnu.org/licenses/license-list.html#Anti-996
It would be nice of you to consider using a free/opensource license.
