Description
This reimplements the previously removed (in the swap from Unhollower) UnhollowedAssembliesPath config option (see 4f2226f) to work with IL2CPPInterop, allowing for controlling which set of interop files are used in games which contain multiple different applications (and therefor multiple sets of interop files which aren't neccessarily compatible between them).

Fixes #673
How Has This Been Tested?
I ran the game with the command line arg and it worked as expected (i.e. behaved like the pre1 option) as far as I could tell.
