Hongdou (Chinese: 红豆 Hóngdòu) is an open-world NPC in Liyue Harbor. She can be found at the staircase leading to Bubu Pharmacy.

Hongdou, nicknamed Doudou by her mother, Chenxiang, is a chronically ill girl who lives in Liyue Harbor. Apparently Hongdou's condition is chronic and incurable, but medicine from Bubu Pharmacy is able to keep the symptoms at bay. During the commission Good Medicine Tastes Bitter, the Traveler can bring Chenxiang some Almond Tofu to bribe Hongdou to take the bitter medicine.
