Minor Affix Theoretical Maximums [ ]
These are theoretical max minor affix values that any artifact can have. This requires the artifact to have the max number of minor affixes possible at level 0 (see Initial Minor Affix Number Distribution ), so that a roll is not "wasted" on a new minor affix, with the minor affix of interest also having the max possible initial value. To obtain the maximum theoretical value, the artifact must then only roll into the minor affix of interest, while also rolling the max possible upgrade value.
