Finance supports the instruction, research and public service missions of The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill by providing fiscal leadership, safeguarding University financial assets, ensuring regulatory compliance and providing timely delivery of services to internal and external customers. This mission is carried out through Finance’s vision of providing students, faculty and staff with an efficient and effective financial environment in which to carry out their daily tasks through teamwork, diversity, innovation, honesty and concern for customers. Finance is a part of the University’s Division of Finance and Operations.
