Matthew practices in the areas of civil and commercial litigation, banking law, corporate restructuring and insolvency, employment, and corporate law. He has experience working on complex civil and commercial litigation matters and has particular experience representing clients in files pertaining to shareholders' disagreements, commercial leasing, professional liability, and commercial insurance. He has pleaded before all levels of the Quebec courts including numerous appearances before the Quebec Court of Appeal. Matthew also advises companies and start-ups with respect to business and corporate matters.
