VIPR2
ظاهر
گیرنده ۲ پپتید وازواکتیو رودهای (انگلیسی: Vasoactive intestinal peptide receptor 2) که با نام VPAC2 هم شناخته میشود، یک پروتئین است که در انسان توسط ژن «VIPR2» کدگذاری میشود.[۴]
این پروتئین در رحم، پروستات، ماهیچه صاف دستگاه گوارش، کیسه منی، پوست، رگهای خونی و تیموس بیان میشود.[۵][۶] این پروتئین در مخچه هم یافت میشود.[۷]
اهمیت بالینی
[ویرایش]VIPR2 در بروز بیماری اسکیزوفرنی نقش دارد.[۸]
بیان غیرعادی آرانای پیامرسان این پروتئین در بافت کیسه صفرا، در تشکیل پولیپ و سنگ کیسه صفرا نقش دارد.[۹]
