پروتئین مارپیچ آمفیپاتیک مزدوج Sin3a (انگلیسی: Paired amphipathic helix protein Sin3a) یک پروتئین است که در انسان توسط ژن «SIN3A» کُدگذاری میشود.[۴][۵]
این مولکول، یک پروتئینِ تنظیمکنندهٔ رونویسی ژنتیکی است.
