The periodic financial report covers the financial aspects related to the implementation of your project.
The guidance and links available in this section refer to Horizon Europe ERC grants only. For the financial reporting of H2020 grants, templates are directly available in the Funding & Tenders portal.
When is the periodic report due?
The submission of periodic reports is due within 60 days from the end of each reporting period. At the end of each reporting period/end of beneficiary participation, you will receive a notification via the Funding & Tenders portal to complete your periodic report.
- The interim periodic report typically covers the reporting period from Month 1 to Month 30.
- The final periodic report typically covers the reporting period from Month 31 to Month 60. N. B.: For the final period, you need to submit also the final Scientific report ('single submission').
- In case of early termination of a beneficiary’s participation, a periodic report called 'beneficiary termination report', covering the actual period of participation, needs to be submitted by the terminated beneficiary (deadline for submission: 60 days from the end date of their participation).
What documents are in the interim periodic report/beneficiary termination report (technical report Part B)?
