HINKSON, Katharine Tynan; b. Dublin, 1863: fourth dau. of Andrew C. Tynan, of Whitehall, Clondalkin, Co. Dublin. Educ. Has written a hundred novels, many volumes of poetry, four of Reminiscences, and other books. Has contributed generally to the periodical press, from the "Times" to the "Irish Daily Independent" and the "Freeman," from the Fortnightly and the National Reviews to the fashion papers.
