Unreferenced article. In its current condition, does not satisfy verifiability and is not ready for article space. It says nothing about the division of the company except that it exists. This page was created in article space and moved to draft space as not ready for article space, but was then recreated in article space with no improvement and no references. Neutral at this time as no longer an unreferenced stub. This appears to be a Heymann case. The editor could have acted in a more collaborative fashion by adding the references to the draft rather than stubbornly creating an unreferenced stub in article space.
